Support & Account Requests

Credit help, reporting options, and account and data request information.

1. Contact options

Email support and account-free legal-notice intake are not available on this site. Signed-in users can report a public work with Report this work. The in-app report control is not a general support inbox.

Ordinary help, credit review, privacy requests, copyright notices and counter-notices, urgent intimate-image removal, and appeals are different types of requests. An ordinary content report does not replace the applicable legal process.

Ordinary support is manual, with no contractual response-time or uptime guarantee. That does not extend any applicable statutory deadline. This is not an emergency service.

2. What to include when asking for help

Include the affected project, task, or public-work URL; what you expected; what happened; the approximate time and time zone; and the visible error or request ID if available. A screenshot can help, but redact private references and personal information that are not needed.

Never send your password, session or access cookies, API keys, or payment-card details. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, retain its task/request information and avoid repeated submissions while it is being reviewed.

3. Credit questions

The app shows the current balance and generation credit price. Starter credits are available; paid packs, renewals, and subscriptions are not. Credits do not currently expire. Provider-cost estimates and app credits are different measures.

A request can hold credits while it runs. A successful operation settles its app-credit charge. A request refused before paid dispatch or a definite releasable failure releases its hold. If it is unclear whether a provider completed work, the outcome may require manual reconciliation instead of an immediate release.

Closing the generation window does not stop running work. If a completed result is disappointing, discretionary credit review may be requested, but subjective dissatisfaction is not an automatic refund. Existing admin credit-grant controls support manual restoration decisions; no new entitlement or cash-refund system is introduced.

Provide the affected task and charge details for a suspected duplicate or incorrect debit. Applicable consumer rights are preserved. Any future paid offering needs reviewed cash-refund and purchase terms before activation.

4. Account closure, access, and deletion

Account closure, privacy access, correction, and deletion are different requests. Specify which action you need. Identity may need to be verified before account information is disclosed or changed.

There is currently no self-service account deletion or general private-project export in the hosted app. No completion time or particular export format is promised here. You must not be asked to publish a private project to make a privacy request.

Signing out is not deletion. Account restrictions are not deletion. Archive is not deletion. Backups, audit/security/legal records, provider-held copies, public downloads, and independent forks may require different handling or lawful exceptions. Any response must explain what was actually done and what remains; applicable legal duties are not replaced by these operational limitations.

5. What archiving does

Archive changes a publication's availability: it removes discovery and new render/fork access through the service. It does not erase the underlying project or all stored publication data. Restoring a publication makes it available again under the existing rules.

Previously downloaded images and completed private forks remain independent. Archiving does not recall them or revoke an irrevocable license where one was validly granted. If material is unlawful or violates rights, use the relevant report/removal process rather than relying on archive alone.

6. Service limits and useful distinctions

Generation depends on configured providers, available credits, and account/service-wide limits. A temporary refusal does not necessarily mean your balance is wrong. Saving a draft does not publish it; reviewing a page does not publish it; closing a dialog does not cancel a submitted task.

Existing publications retain their recorded license. Visiting these pages does not publish, remix, buy, or otherwise submit a creative action.
